Delete Account

Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account.

Through the App

1. Open the PingLingo app.
2. Go to Profile > Settings menu.
3. Select "Delete Account" option and confirm.

Once the deletion process is complete, your session will be closed and your data will be permanently removed within a reasonable time.

Via Email (Alternative)

Send an email from your registered email address to contact@pinglingoapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Your request will be processed within 7 days.
