By using the PingLingo application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the application.

Service Description

PingLingo is a mobile application that helps with language learning through push notifications.

Subscription and Payments

The service is offered with monthly or annual subscriptions. Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term. You can cancel at any time.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations are processed through the App Store/Google Play. Refund policies are subject to the terms of the respective stores.

Intellectual Property

The application and its content belong to PingLingo. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or abuse.

Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not directly or indirectly responsible for any interruptions or data loss.

Changes

We may update the Terms. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
